A-Model 72372 1:72 Cobalt Co50 Valkyrie

The Cobalt Co50 Valkyrie is an American prototype communication and recreational aircraft from modern times. The machine was first tested in 2015, but the design is still being developed and improved. The aircraft is 9.1 meters long with a wingspan of 9.1 meters and a height of 3 meters. The drive is provided by a single Continental TSIOF-550-D engine with 350 HP. The cruising speed is approx. 460 km / h, and the maximum flight range is approx. 2600 kilometers. The aircraft was designed and developed until 2018 by San Francisco-based Cobalt Aircraft. However, from the summer of this year, the development work was transferred to the company Centauri Aircraft Company. The aerodynamic system of the aircraft is very unusual and is based on push wings, with wings in the so-called the canard. The V-shaped rear tail is also unusual. In the nose of the aircraft, there is a large and well-glazed cockpit for the pilot and 3-4 passengers. In 2016, it was assumed that the unit price of this aircraft would be around $ 600,000.
